A blend of Pinot Noir and Blaufränkisch from 50 year old vines, biodynamically grown on a mix of chalk limestone (kalk) and gravel (kiesel); stony on the nose, and just slightly reductive upon opening, fresh red and black plums and juicy strawberry flood the palate with a whisper of delicate tannin on finish. Unfined, unfiltered, no sulfur added
