This rare shochu is a limited edition (bottles are numbered) matured in white oak casks for 14 long years, under controlled temperature and humidity, in conditions similar to those in the Highlands of Scotland. This shochu is dominated by its sweetness and a pleasant acidity reminiscent of ripe fruit.
Ingredient: Barley, malted rice
Style: Honkaku (honkaku, also called authentic shochu, is distilled only once and offers very rich aromas and taste notes)
