This wine displays classic baked apple and zippy citrus aromas with soft, delicate apple fruit on the palate balanced by crisp acidity. Extended sediment of wine in the barrel gives this great value wine some real weight and character, a little wild yeast ferment in barrel adds texture and finesse too.
