Les Griffons is the bold, brooding second wine of Château Pichon Baron—crafted for those who like their Pauillac with a little more muscle and a lot of presence. The 2020 vintage is powerful and precise, offering layers of blackcurrant, graphite, tobacco, and dark chocolate, all wrapped in fine but firm tannins. There’s tension, structure, and that unmistakable Left Bank energy. Less opulent than the Grand Vin, but no less serious—this is a wine with claws, ready to age or roar right now with a good decant.
