Produced by the French oenologist Olivier Rivière, Ganko is an exquisite Spanish red wine crafted following a minimal intervention approach. Made from vines that are 60 to 80 years of age and have very low yields – only 4000 bottles produced. Blackberries, raspberries and wild strawberries underpinned by enticing aromas of violets and roses, some earthy undertones, balsamic remembrances, and delicate, perfectly integrated wooden suggestions that harmonise the whole. Decant Ganko 2016 1 hour before drinking.
