Pastourelle is the graceful second label of Château Clerc Milon, part of the prestigious Mouton Rothschild family. The 2017 vintage sings in a slightly cooler register, showing finesse over force, with beautifully integrated fruit and polished tannins. Expect notes of blackcurrant, raspberry, dried violets, and a refined smoky edge from French oak aging. Named after a traditional French courtly dance, this wine is just as elegant—measured, poised, and made to delight both now and with a few more years of patience. Classic Pauillac, but softened by a gentle hand.
