GENTLE FOLK VILLAGE BLANC 2021

Village Blanc is a white wine from Gentle Folk in Adelaide Hills, Australia, made with Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, and Chardonnay grapes. It blends the best of all three, like a tribute to famous white wines from the Loire Valley. The grapes undergo natural fermentation and are briefly soaked with their stems before aging in French oak barrels. It smells flowery, citrusy, and herbal, and tastes fresh with a hint of saltiness.
