KOKUBU TAMAGADDO MUGI BARLEY
At Mizukiyoki Sato Shochu Brewery in the foothills of Takachiho, Mount Kirishima, a place full of nature, a masterpiece barley shochu is specially blended there, it is aged for a long time in oak barrels by letting it take time to finish fermentation. “Tamagaddo” is Kagoshima dialect which means “You will be amazed”. It is a limited item and there are only 3 wholesale dealers in Japan but we get a special allotment from them.
