The remarkable water that springs out from the foothills of Takachiho no Mine Peak, Mount Kirishima and well selected sweet potatoes are aged in oak barrels for a long time. This potato shochu is a masterpiece that a long experienced chief brewer puts his heart and soul into it. The refined fragrance of matured sake, the taste and the dignified sensation is as good as whisky. “Gararuddo” is Kagoshima dialect which means “You will be scolded”.
